For the first time since Round 1, City were held scoreless as they failed to find a way through a strong Glory defence.
Newcastle have not been easy to break down lately though with Ernie Merrick’s pragmatic approach earning them seven points from their last four, although Adelaide did manage to beat them last week.
If City are legitimate challengers this season, this should be a game they win and win comfortably and with the market overreaction to their loss last week, I’m happy to jump on them at that price.
