Preview:

The Dogs have found some life in recent weeks, winning four of their past six games and two in a row. Last week’s 18-16 win against the Tigers was from an 8-0 deficit, but they came out of the sheds a different side, scoring three second half tries to hang on for the win. The Bunnies fell by 10 points to the Storm and will be blaming their first 20 minutes, where they were simply blown off the park by a pinpoint Melbourne side.

There are big ins for both teams in this one, with George Burgess, Braidon Burns and Jaydn Su’A all in for the Broncos. The Dogs have named the same 17, but Kieran Foran and Adam Elliot are listed in the reserves.

In their Good Friday matchup in April, the Bunnies beat the Dogs 14-8, with Souths taking the last four against the Dogs. Canterbury is a better side on the spread at 10-10, compared to the Bunnies 7-1-12 mark.

The Wolf is sensing that with the Dogs having nothing to lose, they will continue to chance their arm and back themselves in attack a lot more than earlier in the season. The Bunnies might just roll up and think they can get the two points, and while they might, this game should go down to the wire.
