Preview:

Two teams with healthy winning streaks will meet Thursday night at Bankwest Stadium when the Eels host the Dogs. Parra has quietly won eight of its past 10 games and four on the trot, while the Dogs were on the foot of the table earlier this season, but have won three in a row against teams vying to play finals.

Parra accounted for the lowly Titans last round with a clinical second half to prevail 36-12. The Dogs fought for the full 80 minutes against the Bunnies, holding Souths tryless in an unlikely 14-8 win as 10-point outsiders.

These two traditional rivals played in round two with Parra winning 36-16. On that night Blake Ferguson scored two tries and was a menace for the Eels, who will be without his services this weekend.

Junior Paulo is back for the Eels in their only change, while the Dogs go into this one unchanged.

Canterbury has covered and won their last three outright but this week run into an Eels team that is just points difference outside the top four. With plenty to play for, The Wolf thinks the Eels will snare the two points, but the Dogs will keep it close and play well as they have during the past two months.
