Preview:

When the Titans visited Lottoland in round 11 they sprung a huge upset, defeating the Sea Eagles by 18 points. They will be looking to repeat that performance when they host Manly on Saturday afternoon. Manly was without Tom Trbojevic and Daly Cherry Evans that night, with both of those Origin players to line-up this week. In their last game, Manly brushed aside the Dragons by 20 points, while the Titans suffered a narrow four point loss to New Zealand.

At the selection table, Jai Arrow’s ankle injury has seen Will Matthews and Jai Whitbread make up a new back row. Prop Moeaki Fotuaika has been named after missing rep round, while Kevin Proctor is on the reserves list. Tyrone Peachey moves back to the bench after a rare start against the Warriors. For Manly, an ankle injury to starting hooker Api Koroisau has Manase Fainu playing 80 minutes, with Brendan Elliot and Corey Waddell the new replacements.

The Wolf sees it hard to turn down a Sea Eagles squad that will be brimming with confidence and that has their two best players back and firing. Tom and Jake Trbojevic were outstanding in Origin, so look for them to take plenty of confidence away from that victory and they should account for the Titans with ease and push for a top four spot.
