Preview:

After two straight wins, the Dogs came crashing down against the Broncos last week losing 28-6. They now have to front up for a match against a Roosters side that looked back to its best in a rampant 48-10 win against Newcastle last Saturday.

Lachlan Lewis is back at half back for the Dogs, while Kerrod Holland replaces Marcelo Montoya in the centres. Kieran Foran is named in the reserves after missing time with a hamstring, with prop Aidan Tolman back after a one game absence.

For the Roosters, Joseph Manu is back at centre, with the loss of Jake Friend moving Victor Radley back to hooker.

In round 14, despite missing a couple of key players, the Roosters dominated the Dogs to win 38-12. The Chooks have won the past five against Canterbury dating back to the start of the 2017 season. There are few positives for Canterbury in this match up, with the Roosters doing well against the line all season at 10-7, while Canterbury is in the bottom four at 7-10. The Wolf thinks that if the Tricolours can get plenty of front foot ball just like they did in the second half against Newcastle, this could be anything.
