I was of the opinion that the Crows had peaked a little too early and were running out of legs, but they have proven me wrong in the last two weeks.
A huge win over their biggest rival was backed up with another impressive performance at home against the Suns last weekend.
They will need to turn their horrible away record around against a Lions team that has won their last 10 at the Gabba.
A bad loss the Suns in Round 20 was backed up by a narrow three-point loss to the Dockers in Perth, but they will be pleased to return to the sanctuary of the Gabba.
A top two spot is still up for grabs for Brisbane if they can improve their percentage but while the Crows win record away from home is ordinary, they don’t seem to be blown out in games.
The Crows have a fair bit to play for themselves but they have lost their last four straight away games by a margin of 1-39.
