Fremantle heads to Adelaide Oval to face the Crows as $1.68 favourites this Sunday, with many expecting a much-improved Dockers outfit in season 2022.
Here’s hoping that Nat Fyfe, goatee or no goatee will be good to play with the two-time Brownlow medalist sweating on a shoulder issue.
While it wouldn’t surprise me to see a plucky Crows get up for a Round 1 upset, Rory Laird missing around six weeks of footy with a broken hand he suffered from the pre-season isn’t ideal.
From a punting perspective, Fremantle is a very reliable bet, having won eight straight as the favourite.
You would think Freo would be simply too good for the Crows and they should get the job done in this one.
