Two sides on the cusp of the eight face off on Saturday afternoon with plenty to play for, as both the in-form Dons and Roos meet at Marvel Stadium. At 8-7, the Bombers might finally be starting to hit their straps as winners of four of their past five games, with the Roos doing even better, winning five of their last six, their lone loss coming against GWS.

Essendon’s midfield was all over North, who are a much improved side since that April encounter.
