There is a case to be built for both the Roosters and the Titans in Round 9 of the NRL Premiership season.

It was one of their worst performances of the season, and it came after another shock and disappointing loss. The Roosters were outplayed and outclassed by a pretty poor Bulldogs outfit in Round 8, and I’m really beginning to lose faith in them being a top six side, let alone a premiership threat. Three in a row would be pretty damning.

The Titans lost again in Round 8, but they were far from disgraced against the undefeated Panthers, and I thought that 18-6 was actually a really good result for them. A repeat of that effort against this opponent, and they win.
