Two wins from their last three has the Roosters firmly in control of their own destiny, but there’s still plenty left to prove on the run home.

Sydney came undone against this same Dolphins side to start the year, suffering a shock 10-point loss to the newcomers in the opening round.

The tables have turned since then though, Wayne Bennett’s squad winning only one from their last eight, although there has been plenty to like about two narrow losses to the Bulldogs and Knights in recent weeks.

Jamayne Issako was unstoppable crossing four times last week, he should again pose a big problem to a Roosters side still struggling to find their own offensive rhythm.

Form-wise, the Roosters have only beaten the Titans and Manly over the last month – victories that don’t stack up all that well given the struggles of both respective teams of late.

Remaining in Sydney for another week is a big advantage, but with a steady 5-3 record at the line in away games, there’s nothing to suggest the ‘Phins can’t keep this close.
