It’s probably the most intriguing match in Round 13 of the NRL, but the Eels are still clear and justifiable favourites to defeat the Knights on Sunday afternoon.

On the other hand, the Knights have been just plain awful in 2021.

They offer plenty on paper, and after gelling a little more last season, the sky looked to be the limit this time around.

Granted, they’ve suffered a few key injuries, but they have failed to show up more often than not, and they simply do no look a finals-worthy outfit.

They did return one of their better performances of the season to halt the high-flying Sea Eagles in Round 12, but history suggests they won’t replicate that effort two weeks in a row, and it was more than likely an exception to the rule.

Parramatta will be without a couple of key players on Origin duty, but they still boast a class and depth edge, and this represents a great opportunity for them to bounce back into the winner’s stall.
