Melbourne United have slipped to fourth with an 11-10 record after a disappointing post-Xmas period. Their sole win in their last four games came against the lowly Hawks, while they crashed 100-86 away to the 36ers last weekend.
Melbourne have won nine of their last 10 against the NZ Breakers, including the last five straight. United have tight wins at home (104-98) and away (104-101) over the Breakers already this season.
The Breakers have won three of their last four when backing up for the second match of a weekend. With some decent recent form on the board and United in a mini-slump, the Breakers are worth getting behind in a pick ’em game.
