A bottom four clash between North and the Giants headlines Sunday’s action from Marvel.

The Roos looked up for the fight last week in Darwin against the Suns, but like we’ve seen for most of the season, they eventually ran out of gas in the second half on the way to another disappointing 62-point loss.

The Giants, meanwhile, are well-rested after failing to get the job done against Brisbane at the Gabba two weeks ago.

GWS leapt to a comfortable first-quarter lead and stuck tight the whole way through, only to fall away in the final term on the back of a few crucial behinds.

This is far from the most exciting game on paper, but it could be a sneaky thriller in the making if recent history is anything to go by.

These two sides played out a famous draw last year down in Hobart and based on how inconsistent these two sides have been from quarter to quarter, it wouldn’t be surprising if this one is decided by less than a goal.

In terms of betting, the Giants do look the safer side with Harry Himmelberg and Jesse Hogan firing up forward, but the Under does appeal a little more.

North have proven they aren’t capable of scoring 60 points, while the Giants have had a lot of issues finding goals this year.

All in all, the current line looks a little too high.
