In search of a fifth straight win in Victoria to begin 2022, Carlton will play host to North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium on Saturday night.

The Blues dropped to 0-2 in interstate matches this season during Round 6, suffering a straightforward 97-62 loss to Fremantle at Optus Stadium.

Meanwhile, North Melbourne didn’t have a single player record more than 23 disposals during a 121-61 drubbing at the hands of Geelong in Hobart last weekend.

The Kangaroos have now lost four straight, three of which came by a margin of 60+ points.

North Melbourne enjoyed far more success when last facing Carlton, claiming a 116-77 victory in Round 19, 2021 behind Nick Larkey’s seven-goal display.
