At the same time that Karmichael Hunt makes his return to the NRL with the Brisbane Broncos this Saturday night, the venue for which his greatest AFL triumph occurred – Cazaly’s Stadium in Cairns will play host to St Kilda and Adelaide.

Dare we say, it’s a real K-Hunt of a night.

Both the Saints and Crows couldn’t get the job done last week and much has been made about the poor kicking from Jack Higgins, 1 goal – 6 behinds including missed opportunities to seal the game.

Adelaide has been one of the more entertaining teams to watch, especially as a neutral supporter, with a fair few of their games going down to the wire.

We like to sometimes barrack for the story with our footy tips, and it would be quite therapeutic if Saint Jack Higgins were to shake off his kicking woes in Cairns this weekend.

I just can’t bring myself to back him for the first goal in the game, but he can surely get at least two snags against the Crows this Saturday night.

The always exotic conditions in Cairns might just slow the game down as well, so I’ll take the under as the second leg in the spirit of over/under week.
