The much anticipated debut of Beluga Caviar at Flemington on Saturday is not attracting much interest from punters.

SPECIAL OFFER: $250 FREE BET on any horse at FLEMINGTON

A close relation of legendary mare Black Caviar, the Redoute’s Choice two-year-old is $4.50 with online bookmaker Sportsbet.com.au. Beluga Caviar is out of Scandinavia, the mother of Helsinge who is the dam of Black Caviar and All Too Hard.

“Beluga Caviar is regally bred and cost $1.2 million, so there will be a lot of interest in the first race at Flemington. However, punters are not getting caught up in the hype, as wagering on the colt has been quiet,’’ Sportsbet.com.au’s Shaun Anderson said.

The best backed runner in the race is Grande Rosso ($9.00), Dupe’em ($4.80) has had support and favourite Fitna ($4.00) is friendless.
